The Days of Hope & Healing online calendar gives you an innovative way to underwrite an entire day, week or month of services for children treated for cancer and blood disorders at The Valerie Fund Children’s Centers close to their homes.

The Days of Hope & Healing calendar is:

  • A meaningful way to honor family birthdays, anniversaries, and special achievements.
  • Perfect for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and other holidays.
  • Ideal for memorial tributes.
  • A way for businesses or groups to make their support public.

Here’s how it works:

  • Select the day, week or month you’d like to underwrite.
  • Create your personal message.
  • Email calendar link to friends, family and honorees.

Your gift of Hope & Healing provides:

  • Comfort for a child undergoing a medical procedure.
  • Counseling for the family of a child newly-diagnosed with cancer.
  • Assistance preparing classmates for a patient’s return after surgery or chemotherapy.
  • Guided play for pre-school patients and their siblings.
  • Communication and coping skills for adolescent patients.

On average, nearly 100 children and their families pass through The Valerie Fund Centers every day--about 4,000 children each year!

*Sponsorship gifts made through The Valerie Fund website will be posted to the calendar within 24 hours. Sponsorships received by mail will be added upon receipt.
