Hello! My name is Sylvie Emma, and I am currently 18 years old. When I was 14, I was diagnosed with stage 4b Hodgkins Lymphoma. It was a long battle, but after many rounds of intensive chemotherapy and radiation, as well as 3 surgeries and multiple follow-ups, I was officially declared "in remisson" in June of 2017. Since then I've spoken at multiple Valerie Fund events and was even the keynote speaker at the 2018 walk. This year I will continue to walk for the same reasons: To give back to the people who gave so much to me, and to spread hope to other children battling cancer. Team Sylvie Strong!
