The Valerie Fund Scholarship Program

The Valerie Fund has had a robust scholarship program for over a decade helping hundreds of promising Valerie Fund patients. In the 2021-2022 academic year we awarded 106 students over $400,000 in scholarships. Students qualify if they are formerly or currently a Valerie Fund kid, and are seeking assistance with college, vocational school or graduate schooling. Many scholarship recipients have become doctors, nurses, social workers, child-life specialists and other careers influenced by their positive experience with The Valerie Fund family.

You have the power to change a Valerie Fund kid’s life by investing in their future. A gift of $20,000 creates your own named scholarship which you can give in in honor or in memory of a loved one. Or you can give a donation of any size to the general scholarship fund.
