I want to take a few minutes today to THANK YOU for all you continue to make possible for our Valerie Fund children and families both in our seven hospital-based Valerie Fund Children's Centers and in their lives directly. The children continue to get the highest quality of care within the centers while everyone has telemedicine available for all psychosocial care in the comfort of their home. The Valerie Fund social workers, psychologists, educational specialists, and other team members remain committed to giving the children and families the highest quality of care while supporting the families and one another emotionally during this unprecedented period.

Here are a few thoughts and highlights I want to share with everyone:
Beyond our annual support to the centers, we have already delivered almost 20 new Lenovo laptops to Valerie Fund students who need them to continue their educational studies at home.
Our Scholarship Committee is busy reading 94 applications from Valerie Fund students going to college this fall as we thrive on helping our young adults continue their education. As a matter of fact, just yesterday, two of our proud Valerie Fund scholarship winners became doctors as they graduated from Cooper Medical School of Rowan University!
We've already provided over $25,000 in ShopRite gift cards and new emergency support to our families impacted by the pandemic. This support will only grow over the coming months.
